Job Description

Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the corporate or litigation practice, including the following:

    • Manage calendar schedules, meetings/appointments/telephone and conference calls,managing files/documents and preparation of meeting materials
    • Make overseas travel and hotel arrangement
    • Updating records, typing/amending of legal documents, replying to correspondence/mails and keying in daily time sheets.
    • Maintain lawyers’ client contact list
    • File management and documentation (prepare legal documents and court bundles for litigation)
    • Any other duties as require

Required qualifications:

    • Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 2 to 3 years of secretarial working experience
    • Prior working experience in a law firm
    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Accurate and meticulous
    • Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and IT skills
