Job Description
Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the corporate or litigation practice, including the following:
-
- Manage calendar schedules, meetings/appointments/telephone and conference calls,managing files/documents and preparation of meeting materials
- Make overseas travel and hotel arrangement
- Updating records, typing/amending of legal documents, replying to correspondence/mails and keying in daily time sheets.
- Maintain lawyers’ client contact list
- File management and documentation (prepare legal documents and court bundles for litigation)
- Any other duties as require
Required qualifications:

- Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of secretarial working experience
- Prior working experience in a law firm
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and meticulous
- Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and IT skills
