Type of Work and Desired Skills
Japanese and English: Can handle scheduling with clients by e-mail andtelephone and invoice issuance. Can communicate by email and converse for internal communication.
PC skills: Formating of words, powerpoints, and excel documents which are to be sent by lawyers to clients. Excel skills (basic functions, etc.)
associated with billing operations.
Multitask: Instead of carrying out the instruction by the order of the instructions, it is possible to prioritize the instructions from multiple
lawyers, to fully understand their intentions and to work with efficy and with speed (schedule management, invoicing, travel arrangements, documentations, etc.).
Communication: Able to complete the task instructed by the lawyer within the deadline by working together with lawyers, secretaries and
other staff (accounting, IT and public relations) in Tokyo and other ASEAN offices (Singapore, Yangon, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi).
Ability to accurately perform detailed tasks: Enter figures accurately for invoicing and expense reimbursement. Enter the client’s business card
information received by the lawyers in the database.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

- Experience 2-3 years in secretary, administration
- Experience studying in Japan and working at a Japanese company would
be a plus
