Faiz is one of ATD Law’s associates, whose works focus mainly on various capital markets, financing, debt restructuring, and M&A transactions where he advises clients on domestic and international IPOs, Rule 144A/Reg S rights and bond issuances, onshore and offshore financing as well as representing clients on renewable energy and carbon market sectors. He also has extensive experience in doing mergers and acquisitions for financial institutions and MNCs.

Prior to joining ATD Law, he has worked for several prominent local and international law firms in Jakarta. He holds a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) degree from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Columbia Law School, New York.
