Ghiffari has a wide-range of legal practices, ranging from disputes (arbitration and employment), transaction (foreign direct investment, land acquisition, shares transfer, and financing), to advisory work (general corporate, compliance, liquidation). He assists local and multinational clients within the industries of construction, real estate, environment, energy, and natural resources.

Prior to joining ATD Law, Ghiffari worked at several prominent firms at Jakarta, Indonesia. Ghiffari’s writings had been published in several prominent publication platforms including the Jakarta Post and he co-wrote the Indonesian chapter of ICLG’s Real Estate Laws and Regulations 2022 and 2023.
